Egedal  Municipality has launched the program "Ready for the future", which  will ensure that the municipality continues to provide financial space  through planned efficiency improvements over the coming years. At the same  time, streamlining needs to form a solid foundation, so that the municipality  will also be an attractive place in the future, with a healthy municipal  economy. One of the initiatives in the program is the Energy Renewal Project,  "Energy Renovation of Technical Installations", in which 80  properties within the categories of children's homes, leisure clubs, schools,  day care centers, sports facilities and clubhouses are being renewed based on  established, identified solutions for energy and indoor climate improvements.    The project will run until 2020, where Danish Energy Management &  Esbensen A / S will design and offer energy renovation in the main contract  based on screening reports from the project's forecasting (conducted in  2015-2016). In addition, Danish Energy Management & Esbensen A / S also  handles construction management, technical supervision and commissioning of  the technical facilities to ensure an energy efficient and climate-optimized  overall technical system on the individual property. The goal of the project  is a total energy saving of 5.0 million. This will correspond to a saving of  15% of heat consumption and 22% of electricity consumption respectively. In  addition to energy savings, indoor climate improvement measures will be  coordinated in the project to future-proof the municipality's building  stock.

On this assignment we provided total project management consultancy -  including the preparation of feasibility studies, the design of all technical  installations (ventilation, plumbing, electricity and CTS) , tendering and  construction management.
