For the Melaka State Government, we were contracted to screen and analyse 9 State Buildings covering a total area of 155,000 m2.
The project is a pilot project to demonstrate the ESCO-model for public buildings in practice.
Based on the screenings done of the 9 buildings, we expect a 20 % saving and that the investments in the second phase will amount to 20 million DKK (app. 3.5 million USD).
The results of the project will be presented regionally for the Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT), which covers 32 states and provinces. The project will also lead to energy saving projects in all 95 public buildings in Melaka with expected investments of 50 million DKK (9 million USD).
